I’ve loved and listened to Durenda for years. I also enjoy her books. As her life has recently changed - with her cancer diagnosis, I listen even closer. As I am a youngish mom of 4, walking out my own cancer diagnosis. I appreciate her sharing this precious time with us - it helps me more than she can ever know.
I absolutely love Durenda’s podcast. I didn’t grow up in a Christian home and really appreciate the biblical wisdom from a mother’s perspective that I can glean on without having that personal experience myself and better be able to serve my family through her wonderful and sound advice. I loved her books, and prayerfully hope to read her siblings book she’s been working on. I don’t know her personally, but as I was doing my kitchen chores before going to bed I was listening to her talk about he... more
I would choose Durenda’s! No question about it. The range of topics covered, which always point me back to Christ, is impressive. I’m so grateful for her practical, joyful, and deep wisdom. Tomato staking has been a life saver for us. When her boys book came out, I was handing them out like candy to any one with a boy! Thank you for sharing your experiences, your successes, your failures, your stories, your wisdom, and your love for families and God, Durenda. Just as Miss Rumphius did, you have... more
So much wisdom, love and wonderful encouragement for homeschooling moms. Highly recommend, love Durenda! 🤍
I have been so positively impacted by Derenda, she is a wealth of knowledge with sound doctrine. She knows her Bible well. She also still desires to encourage others by sharing what the Lord puts on her heart, in the midst of her own weighty trials. Her gentle Godly character is something I aspire to be more like.
Highly recommend ♥️
