    The selection and diversity of guests are amazing. They are knowledgeable, and provide practical approaches to important subjects within our field, and that’s the primary reason I keep coming back to this podcast. However, I find because of his interview style, it takes away from the quality and content given by the guests. I notice Eli cuts off the guests frequently, and has a tendency to shift the conversation back to himself or his experiences, rather letting the guest share/finish their tho... more
