However, I find because of his interview style, it takes away from the quality and content given by the guests. I notice Eli cuts off the guests frequently, and has a tendency to shift the conversation back to himself or his experiences, rather letting the guest share/finish their tho... more
Whether through therapy sessions, podcast dialogue, or his writing, Eli’s mission is the same: to make mental health relatable, accessible, and actionable, empowering people to build lives of connection, courage, and meaning. Eli is a fantastic teacher. Do yourself a favor and listen in (but only if you want to be happier and more successful!).
The style of the podcast makes it easy to relate and follow the message. Eli does a good job of getting involved as opposed to just being a host and looking for ways to get his guests to talk. I’ve enjoyed and learned from every episode I’ve listened to.
I’ve been able to connect with so many viewpoints, stories, and experts through this show. I love Eli’s style and his connection with every guest!
Awesome show! Has the pleasure of having Eli on my show and coming on his. Can’t recommend enough!

A relationship- and mental health-focused show that blends expert insights with pragmatic, action-oriented guidance. Episodes frequently center on parenting teens, fertility and IVF, attachment and nervous system health, dating and relationships, and strategies for managing anxiety, burnout, and trauma. A notable strength is bringing clinicians and coaches who translate complex concepts into practical tips, tools, and real-life stories. Listeners may appreciate the candid, no-nonsense style and the emphasis on personal growth, emotional regulation, and healthier relationship dynamics, though some critique a fast-paced interview rhythm.
