Q: So how do you ensure, on the one hand, you have a group of individuals who are in this safe setting and they're sharing a great deal of themselves, lowering their barriers and confiding in others, and learning from each other?
We have different kinds of gatherings that initially focus on inner work, allowing people to become more self-confident and to trust others. Later, we mix this with outer impact work, bringing together philanthropists and those working on the ground for mutual peer learning.
