Talking Points

Recent interactions between the hosts and their guests.

#41 - Why process intelligence is the missing context for AI - Alex Rinke
Q: How has the role of leadership and your co-CEO model influenced the company's ability to scale with AI?
Co-leading allowed division of focus (US vs. other markets and operations), faster decision-making, and a strong executive layer to guide product evolution, engineering, and go-to-market as the company expands its AI-driven offerings.
#41 - Why process intelligence is the missing context for AI - Alex Rinke
Q: Tell us how Celonis evolved from process mining to process intelligence and why that shift mattered.
The shift reflected a need to ground AI in the actual workings of business processes, across multiple systems and data domains, so AI actions could be explainable, scalable, and safe. Process intelligence became the context layer that enables AI agents to operate with guardrails and integration across cross-functional processes.
#38 - The AI agent boom and coming cybersecurity crisis - Jeetu Patel
Q: So Jeetu, you've been in the space way before AI blew up in popularity. How about you tell our audience a bit about yourself, how you got to this role and what you do in the AI space?
I run Cisco's product organization, previously led Box as Chief Product Officer, and before that worked at EMC building SaaS products. My early AI work included Box Skills, and I've steered a company-wide pivot to AI, building infrastructure, security, and observability for AI and ensuring every product is AI-driven. The shift to agents marks the second phase of AI, focusing on autonomous task execution with strong guardrails and trust—this will redefine how we design products and security.
#36 - Snowflake’s AI push counters SaaSpocalypse fears - Baris Gultekin
Q: What do you think businesses are getting right and getting wrong in their AI deployments?
The main correct focus has been governance and establishing the right environment, but the big miss is that there can be no AI strategy without a data strategy; data must be clean, governed, and accessible to enable AI to operate at scale.
#35 - The new playbook for building 10x employees - Stefan Weitz
Q: Tell us what HumanX is, what you do there, and your role.
HumanX is positioned as a premier AI ecosystem and event that blends a conference, expo, festival, and post-event community, designed to bring together enterprises, startups, academics, policymakers, and journalists to translate AI into practical applications. Stefan explains his role as a founder and leader who sets the vision, curates the program, and builds the tooling and processes that deliver a high-quality, editorially driven experience.
