    Came to this PodCast at #42. I was in a Dark Place and literally searched those words to find this PodCast. Much to my dismay. I had to listen to a solicitation for a product by an interviewee for 18 of the 37 minute PodCast. Too bad, the name drew me in but no help here…

    These podcasts have helped me get through some really though days. I suffer from treatment resistant depression, OCD, ADHD, and daily anxiety. Some days I just can’t bare these feelings coming at me all at once and my racing mind and irritability. I turn on this podcast and it helps me stop feeling lonely.
