Love your show, I listen every morning while brushing my teeth :-) even tho I no longer live in DC. Making a comment about Ally's Maine review. Farmington is not considered outside of Portland, it's in rural western Maine, second district. And Bangor is not considered northernmost, that be Presque Isle Maine. Liz Truss? Seriously? Please don’t suggest you’re a policy person. Just report the news from the inside. You’re embarrassing yourself.
I’ve been listening to Anna and Jake since they were on Playbook but it’s becoming harder and harder to listen to the podcast as Jake’s right wing bias becomes more and more obvious. As a host of a podcast I am always telling people about the work you all do! It’s phenomenal and I’m appreciative of the commitment you put into getting us great coverage, especially on the OBBB
This is a podcast for policy/political geeks. Some insider stuff not presented in the most enjoyable way as the broadcast voices are horrible. But the worst part of the cast is the guy who does the ad reads - literally fingernails on chalkboard horrible. Thank God for the 30 second fast forward when I hear his monotone reading voice.
