No longer my daily go-to. There was a time when this delivered the key policy actions of the day in less than 10 minutes. I was okay with longer runtime for more details on each topic, but now it’s more focused on DC gossip and speculation than what is happening today, and if you listen every day they recycle each other’s “hot takes” over and over.

I used to really enjoy the podcast as a brief preview of what’s in the playbook newsletter. But now, it’s double the length and basically an ad for other politico podcasts. I don’t care about 200 second interviews: give me the political news I need today and that’s it. Today’s podcast pushed me over the edge, with multiple errors (said that Biden lost the 2024 election? He wasn’t running!) and rambling clips. Go back to the old, quick format that Eugene Daniels used.

Dasha and her co-hosts used to be great but now the episodes run too long and are meandering instead of the original concise format. The episodes need to be shorter and focus on substance rather than random pet theories! Thank you for your attention to this matter!
