  • Courageously U

I just listened to episode 174 where Tara interviewed Dr Josef Witt-Doering on the truth about psychiatric drugs. It was so empathic, understanding of how ghastly it is to suffer from mental distress and yet it was great to find out more about the drugs. Dr Josef spoke authentically about his complicity with pharma until he realised how bad many of these drugs were and how they did not cure underlying problems. Thank you Tara and Dr Josef for your courage and determination to really help people ... more

  • Toxic families

First episode I listened was about toxic lyric relationship with families with Dr. Sherry Campbell. On that episode, I found that it was normal to feel the way I was feeling and it was more than common to feel excluded from your own family. I felt hugged and from that episode I forgave myself for not fitting in and I realized it was ok to not have relationship with the ones that hurt you for so long. Highly recommend. Every episode is a hot cup of tea for the soul.
