I’ve listened to a few podcasts on mental health issues and I really appreciate Tara’s down-to-earth and non-judgmental approach to dealing with issues. I got a lot out of the show with Dr. David Rosmarin talking about his four-step approach to managing anxious feelings. Very practical and helpful tips. I highly recommend this podcast.
