  • What did they say?

Why was chapter 6 recorded in the trunk of a car? Skipped to 7 and will just cliff note what I missed. Overall good story tho!!

  • I liked it, but...

Wonderful story and many of the chapters were well presented. However, a number of the readers either did not pre-read their chapter or don’t understand how punctuation works. These chapters really need concentrated listening as the poor presentations make for confusing dialogue. Please note that I appreciate the efforts of the volunteer readers and applaud their efforts. Thank you to each and every one of them.

  • hit or miss.

Having a different reader ever chapter is jarring. Most readers are descent but a lot the chapters are unlistenable in performance (one of them pronounced the B in doubt) and audio quality.

  • quality recording is meh.

Some chapters are recorded very well, and some as with chapter 6 have an accent. Father = Fadder Other= Utter. Many chapter recordings fade in and out. Very frustrating.

  • That voice

Not a great voice for a great book. Too high pitched. No character voice alterations. Not very exciting to listen to. Good French pronunciation though.
