Of the few shining lights of COVID era lockdown, was the revelation of the elevated medium-long form thought provoking podcast. Timely banter is fun; timeless deep dives are superb.
Hits a lot of key things I think about regularly while illuminating things on the same wavelength. Also the best media about dealing with information flow at this point in history as an aware citizen from a personal standpoint. If I could group this with John Oliver, a topically diversified Plain English desk of repodders overseen by Derek Thompson in Spotlight style, and an honest-to-god, just-the-facts daily newspaper, I’d feel at a better equilibrium.
