Audio commentaries are the embryonic form of podcasting, and this show looks at the art of filmmaking through the greatest of these tracks. From comedy to drama, live-action to animation, good and bad, we run the gamut of cinema in a lighthearted, hopefully enlightening fashion. It’s the only commentary-centric show that matters because it’s the only one that exists. (As far as we know.)

Briliant idea for a podcast. Ryan does his research and it shows. Its insightful and very entertaining It may be better than actually listening to the entire audio commentary themselves
I wondered if my interest would drift after the meticulously researched MST3K exploration came to an end. But I find myself just as interested in Ryan’s wandering tastes. His analysis is always sharp, deeply researched, and often funny to boot. Just listen and subscribe, this podcast is a jewel.
I grew up with MST3K, so it holds a special place in my heart. I wasn't sure how I'd feel about a podcast covering such a uniquely hilarious and original show, but Ryan absolutely nails it! My favorite episodes are when he discusses Riff Tracks. Especially, the one that talks about the old informational videos like Guardiana and what to do in case of an atomic apocalypse. This has brought back so many memories, and it is incredibly well produced, which makes it s joy to listen to on many levels.... more
