I started listening to the Confidence Podcast this year. As a young adult, this podcast has helped me in my self-confidence, as I have always battled with self-doubt. Any time those creeping negative thoughts come in. I immediately play this podcast to motivate myself, to gain clarity on my emotions, and to overcome those thoughts. This podcast has also helped me start journaling again, my 16-year-old myself would be proud of me and of how much growth I am embracing this year.
