On the Alabama, Clemson & TCU stand out episode: it was stated that Clemson has had a 10 win season every year since 2009. That is false, they went 9-5 in ‘09 and 6-7 in ‘10. They’ve had a 10 win season every year since 2011.
After the CFP semis while talking about the UGAvsOSU game: lots of mention of how great OSU was (which they were fantastic) their only mention of UGA was how lucky they were MHjr got hurt and that Jalen Carter was contained. Not a single word about AD Mitchell’s impact or Stetson Bennetts 190 yds w/ 2 TD’s in the 4th to win it.
I listened originally for the variety of teams focused on over the years in recruiting and everyday CFB world updates. I’ve been skipping recently due to these guys really just focusing on the SEC, which is ok. I’d rebrand it SEC Daily or southern daily - just don’t mislead the listener. I’ll listen to other podcasts that focus on the breadth of the sport, not just the southern portion that everyone has bias for.
It’s been 6 days (after a loss)?and the starstruck host still won’t stop saying how great TU is… Hard pass on this show.
