  • Great show. Viva the DHC

Ed is a real joy to listen to as he introduces listeners to people who may not have a platform to talk about their ideas, but once you hear what they have to say you’ll agree they deserve it.

  • Dad Hat Chronicles is 2 thumbs up

I really enjoy listening to Ed interview baseball players, owners, coaches, and GMs. It is really interesting learning the day to day routine of the different baseball personal on how they get ready for the season, and for each specific game. The famous, not so famous questions are a fun way to end the show.

Ed’s own collection of dad hats is impressive, but the conversations he has with other fans about their collections make this podcast a ton of fun. Full of positivity and the joy of baseball fandom!

Building Zebulon’s All‑Australian CPL Team And A Fan‑First Stadium Experience
Q: All right. So Caleb, tell me a little bit about yourself. Let's start with that. Tell me, how did you get into baseball, the business of baseball?

From Snowed-Out Games To Neon Nights: How Weather, Fans, And Vendors Shape Minor League Merch
Q: What are the biggest merchandising lessons from your time in Portland vs. Columbia?
Weather shapes product choices (e.g., jackets and dry-fit gear in Columbia), and consumer demand drives initial assortments; blend regional flavors with core staples like logo tees to balance risk and demand.
From Sea Dogs To Fireflies: Merch Mastery In Minor League Baseball
Q: What was the very first thing you did when you started with the Fireflies, now that you're fully employed?
I assessed the space, walked through the venue, and quickly mapped out a plan, then started reorganizing the concourse layout to improve traffic flow and product visibility, with a focus on making the customer journey efficient and enjoyable.
