  • A must-listen, every time

There are a few podcasts out there that, when a new episode comes out, it gets played next, no matter what. This is one of the few like that for me. Chase is fun and insightful, and his conversations with such wide-ranging, interesting guests are always a pleasure to listen to. On top of always being enjoyable, the podcasts is also a reliable source of simulation and inspiration, which are so important when you're struggling creatively, as I often am due to chronic depression. Talking Points

Recent interactions between the hosts and their guests.

Summer School: Tony Robbins on Peak Performance, Precision Medicine, and Transforming Your Quality of Life
Q: Why is mindset emphasized so heavily in a discussion about health technology and longevity?
Mindset is framed as the gating factor for how people use information and access health breakthroughs. Robbins cites placebo effects, the impact of fear and anxiety on health, and the role of emotional patterns in energy and outcomes, arguing that emotional well-being is essential to truly benefiting from regenerative medicine and longevity research.
Summer School: Tony Robbins on Peak Performance, Precision Medicine, and Transforming Your Quality of Life
Q: How should a reader approach Life Force to make it actionable without feeling overwhelmed?
Robbins suggests treating Life Force as a guidebook divided into five sections, urging readers to focus on the first three practical sections, then the mindset-based final section, and to extract three to five immediate actions they can take for themselves and their loved ones. The emphasis is on scale and accessibility, not simply amassing information.
Summer School: Tony Robbins on Peak Performance, Precision Medicine, and Transforming Your Quality of Life
Q: What are the key habits that successful and fulfilled people share, before diving into money and precision medicine?
Tony Robbins emphasizes having a mission bigger than oneself, maintaining progress, starting the day with disciplined routines (cold exposure, priming with gratitude and three to thrive goals), and finishing with meaningful actions that strengthen relationships and momentum. These habits foster energy, purpose, and ongoing growth.
Summer School: Brené Brown on Vulnerability, Creativity, and the Courage to Be Seen
Q: What practical steps can creatives take to handle negative feedback without losing momentum?
Keep a small list of people whose opinions matter, limit reading comments, and consider therapy or coaching to hold space for tough feedback while maintaining creative integrity.
Summer School: Brené Brown on Vulnerability, Creativity, and the Courage to Be Seen
Q: Hi Brené, how do you transfer vulnerability from personal life into the business world as a leader?
Vulnerability at work starts with redefining what counts as brave and making space for uncertainty and emotional exposure in leadership; it requires showing up, owning your story, and inviting others to do the same in a way that builds trust and engagement.
