I love Blanchard House and Royal Swindle is my favorite season yet! What a captivating story.
This is my favorite Blanchard House podcast thus far. It’s a great story with unbelievable characters and whip-smart narrative pacing.
“Royal Swindle” is a deceptive title for this podcast series…these conwomen sound like an appalling pair.
4 episodes though?
Another great Aussie export.
I couldn’t get more than 15 min into the first episode. The music and the background noise while the narrator speaks is actually painful to listen to :(

A gripping true-crime narrative centered on a high-society con artists duo whose lavish London lifestyle masked a dark past. Through investigative reporting and first-person accounts, the series traces how greed, manipulation, and romance intersected with elite circles, drawing in businessmen, aristocrats, and even royalty before a relentless detective began closing in. The show is notable for its stylish storytelling, meticulous sourcing, and a tension between glamour and danger that keeps listeners hooked, while raising questions about wealth, influence, and accountability in a glamorous, shadowy world.
