  • Perfect

“You just need to pray harder, read scriptures better, or attend the temple more.” In my experience, mental health and faith seemed at odds, and staunch attitudes in church culture have been harmful. I am *so* very, very grateful for Kamden’s podcast, and the experiences and advice she shares from a faith-based perspective. LDS and ADHD is quite niche, but oh, what a wonderful, hopeful, helpful little corner of the world this is. THANK YOU.

  • Someone who gets me

I love how relatable this podcast is. I love that Kamden is not afraid to share her journey. No matter how vulnerable it may feel, she has a way of connecting. I find myself saying over and over while listening, she gets what I am going through, and me too. I’ve never met her in person but I feel like she is one of my friends.
