I very much enjoyed listening to this podcast. It was very well done. It is amazing how two people brought up by the same parents take different paths.
Such a long time listening and nothing happens. Hearing a guy talk about what sort of music his parents would let him listen to, how he was doing in school for several minutes… takes too long to get to anything remotely notable.
The story of two brothers who grew up in the same household and were raised by the same parents but chose very different paths in life. It’s intriguing. Larry’s family is so strong and the love they have for each other is clear, obvious and real. The production is fantastic. I’ve never written a review for a podcast before but this story really touched me.
The production is top notch. The story I found to not be podcast worthy. There are thousands of similar stories across the country that aren’t on podcasts. The quality of production got me to keep listening.
I really enjoyed this story. It’s a cautionary tale but provides an interesting look into Texas-based gangs and family dynamics. Thanks for the sensitive storytelling.
