  • We don’t have to do it alone!

Totally rooting for Lauryn and Joshua. I’ve lived in my own homes during renovations before, been an Airbnb host (in my house) as a single mom with little kids, renovated and opened a 5-acre Joshua Tree STR during Covid and have owned dozens more properties. So many of us feel on our own- I appreciate the community they are trying to build. It ain’t easy being a broke millionaire but never giving up is the key!

Talking Points

Recent interactions between the hosts and their guests.

E43: Land Investing That Prints Money (With Brent Bowers)
Q: What fear do you see with most beginners?
Many beginners don't send offers due to perfectionism or overthinking the market; Brent emphasizes taking action, with a focus on volume of offers and using force multipliers to accelerate progress.
E43: Land Investing That Prints Money (With Brent Bowers)
Q: What is your strategy? How are you turning land deals into profit?
Brent explains a blended approach including seller financing for long-term income, wholesale-type flips, and progressively larger deals, stressing that consistency and scalable methods matter more than chasing a single “perfect” play.
E46 | Buying Back Your Time with Justin Lund
Q: What is the biggest lie entrepreneurs believe about scaling their business?
The biggest lie is that growth requires adding the right leader or second location without first solving the core issue of sequencing; you must hire in the right order to reclaim time and build a foundation that supports scalable growth.
