Rosie brings warmth, humour, and depth to conversations about heartbreak and relationships. I especially loved the episodes with Lauren Bravo and Julie Cohen… both made me think differently about how we process love and loss. Such a unique, thoughtful podcast that I highly recommend!
Rosie and her guests always manage to surprise and entertain their audience with their cheeky wit and transparent honesty on the nature of relationships and breakups. Highly recommended!
I love this podcast. As a therapist I work with heartbreak all the time and this pod should be on prescription. It normalises break up, it’s based on shared stories which is always healing, it frames women as intelligent participants directing their lives not as vacuous victims, and best of all it’s so relatable it’s hilarious. Laughter is essential in terms of the bonding with others, the breath and movement for stress release and the feel-good chemicals it produces.

I’m a divorce lawyer so it’s refreshing to hear such a positive outlook on relationship breakdown. Rosie and guests are brilliant and hilarious at finding the positives in what is usually thought of as a depressing time. Absolutely love it.
