  • So important for moms to be

When it comes to having a baby there is so much conflicting advice out there and it’s hard to know what to do. I love the advice that Liz and Shaina provide from the point of view of labor nurses. They know the good the bad and the ugly and will help you navigate it all!

A friend turned me on to this podcast and I’ve listened to every episode. I love that it’s two L&D nurses that are the hosts. They are so helpful in walking through the things that happen in the hospital from the moment you walk in until the moment you walk out. I feel like it’s so important that pregnant women are knowledgeable and informed about what happens at birth and Shaina and Liz give just the right amount of information so it’s not too overwhelming, but you also can feel empowered to ad... more
