Recently listened to Anastasia on the bipolar uk podcast and thought I’d give her podcast a go. I’m 4 episodes in and instantly hooked! I’m sure I got more than one funny look whilst out on my daily walk because I couldn’t stop laughing - Anastasia is so funny and I love how she uses humour to explain her experiences of living with bipolar. I cannot wait to delve into the rest of the bipolar diaries episodes ❤️
