  • No thanks

This is like a kid on Christmas who got a noise machine and is trying to muse every single sound at the same time. Absolutely annoying and hard to even listen to what little food talk goes on

  • Content is great

The horns and buzzers used for filler are very annoying. I would prefer a shorter show than the excruciating horns and buzzers.

  • Show overall is just not good.

From the cheesy PowerPoint sounds to the non stop talking about nothing I can’t take this show. You get a sliver of info then the rest is just filler. I tried to give it a go multiple times. I don’t know how Malcom and others do this show. I’ll stick to their podcasts. Atleast we get information there.

  • Ridiculous

How anyone can listen to this is beyond me. The sound effects, yelling and screaming is ridiculous.

Talking Points

Recent interactions between the hosts and their guests.

Sucklebusters Almost Sold; Wes Wright Breaks Down The Blackstone Interview.
Q: How do you view the Internet and social media's role in your business today?
Arnold notes that while the internet is crucial for visibility and channel diversification, it is not the sole driver of revenue; real growth came from a balanced mix of online presence and brick-and-mortar retail partnerships.
Sucklebusters Almost Sold; Wes Wright Breaks Down The Blackstone Interview.
Q: What was the impact of winning the American Royal BBQ Sauce Contest on your business?
Winning first place provided a huge validation and opened doors to larger retailers, signaling that their sauce could compete at a national level and accelerating expansion beyond local markets.
Sucklebusters Almost Sold; Wes Wright Breaks Down The Blackstone Interview.
Q: Can you share how Suckle Busters first moved from a homemade product to a nationwide retail presence?
Dan Arnold explains that the brand grew organically over two decades, starting from a simple kitchen operation, through small retailers, to major chains like Kroger, Ace Hardware, and Tractor Supply, driven by steady product development and building demand with retailers.
Malcom Peels Tomatoes; Steve Ray Eats Poon-Tang??
Q: How does Malcolm feel about the Hall of Fame induction now that some time has passed?
He expresses humility and a sense of achievement, acknowledging the honor and the support from Rochelle and his team, and recognizing the milestone as meaningful and surreal.
Regional Hot Dogs; Is There BBQ in The Bahamas?
Q: Is there a Bahamian barbecue tradition, or is the Caribbean influence more about grilling?
There isn't a strong Bahamian low-and-slow barbecue tradition highlighted here; the Caribbean influences lean more toward grilling with bold marinades and different wood flavors, which enriches the overall barbecue conversation.
