I have been a follower of Robin’s for many years and she has transformed many of my beliefs and goals around movement. Her Lindywell Pilates app is amazing and beautiful! Unlike most other platforms that focus on a physical outcome, Robin emphasizes doing movement you actually enjoy. In the end you will feel better and be more consistent, the key to success. I love her ‘Well to the Core’ podcast and highly recommend her book by the same name! You ROCK Robin, thank you for all you do!
Robin’s podcast and workouts in the Lindywell app have played such a huge role in helping me be kind to my body and aware of the lies I’m believing. I feel stronger, healthier and appreciate her grace over guilt approach that also is a consistent reminder within each episode. As a mom of three young kids (including twins!) I feel a kindred spirit to Robin and am so thankful for her kind voice amidst the harsh diet/exercise culture.
I learned so much from this podcast I have now listened to it twice. Hearing Tania and Robin’s honesty and wisdom about their self-care journeys is inspiring and so informative. Burnout and negative thoughts are so endemic to ambitious women in particular and this episode helps women first become aware of their health and well-being and offers practical, compassionate ways to begin prioritizing and address one’s relationship with oneself. I highly recommend this podcast.
I found Robin a few years ago and love the app and the podcast. The podcast has great free information. All the instructors are great and bring such variety! Love the new fascia workouts and the pod episode was so good! The class was awesome too. You’ve all helped rehabilitate this 58yr old dental hygienist body with compensatory scoliosis! I used to get horrible migraines and found yoga alleviated them if I could get to them fast enough. Unfortunately yoga didn’t give me much strength but my os... more
I am glad to have found Robin Long. Her app and the podcast. I usually feel so guilty if I miss a workout but after learning about Robin’s “Grace over guilt” mantra, I am starting to apply it to my own life and am feeling better. It shows me that it’s okay to miss a workout and still be okay and start over the next day. Thank you!
