The hosts, members of the church of Christ, approach every topic with a sincere desire to be like the church we read about in Scripture. Their teaching is clear, balanced, and always rooted in God’s Word rather than human opinion.

  • Great conversation

My only issue is that the conversation and scripture is so engaging that before I realize it the episode is over, the move from shorter form (30 mins) to now having the show seamingly not have a time limit is very welcomed. I always look forward to the next week when I can listen to the new episode.

Q: What are a couple pieces of evidence you would point to to show that Sidney Rigdon was working on a religious document?

Origins of the Book of Mormon
Q: What would you guys say is the assumed or by some claimed origin of the Book of Mormon?

Why I Left the LDS Church
Q: What is some practical advice you would give to someone who wants to evaluate LDS claims?
The guests recommend reading the Bible and LDS standard works, comparing their teachings carefully, taking time rather than expecting quick answers, and treating Latter-day Saints with patience and respect.
Why I Left the LDS Church
Q: What started to make you question things you've been taught, and what led you to start questioning the Mormon faith?
Franson first struggled with teachings about pre-existent spirits, then became deeply troubled by the claim that God was once a man and could have had a creator. The questions went unanswered and contributed to his decision to leave.
Ask, Seek, Knock: The Life Story of Keith Mosher
Q: Can we start off by telling this story? I think this is a good attention getter.
