Great information. I just listened to "What is Qigong?" and the "Energy Field," it's great to find a podcast about energetic topics that are clear, practical and easy to understand. I love your positive energy. I started practicing the breathing you do at the beginning of your show and the other day I jumped onto a random episode just to practice the guided "breathing break," before a meeting. It helped. Thanks for putting this out into the world.
