She also does right by the clients we serve by sharing wisdom of why group work is so impactful for the growth and development of connection.     I have been reluctant to start groups due to lack of training snd some early bad experiences. Carrie does a great job validating this experience and speaks to the power of group work. This podcast gives perspective and skills for successful group work. Carrie is relatable and genuine in her approach and her passion for groups is apparent. I feel hopeful and have a desire to start expanding my practice to facilitate groups. Thanks Carrie!
