This show is more over than SR4, first episode in months and it’s a “hey guys here’s just the work I did in a fluff book”. But wait for the special section at the end where I explain everything. Look, I respect you as a content creator, but I can’t listen to a 5 min pity party followed up by 2 mins of virtue signaling, for a “people are mean online” explanation. I hope your son is well and looking into all the aspects of transitioning. I hope Shadowrun can be sold to a company capable of success... more
Glad to have you back
Love love love Mr. Johnson and the players. This was the actual play that got me into Shadowrun and kept me coming back.
A good look at the various aspects of the Shadowrun TTRPG and an exceptionally well done Actual Play of the same.
Best Shadowrun podcast I've listened to. I do miss Mav, and what happened to Kit from the first series?
Great podcast featuring everything you could want related to Shadowrun. The lets play is very entertaining and the standard episodes are interesting and informative.
One of my very favourite Podcasts, my only gripe is that they do not post as often as they used to. And where is Mav? Sorely missed ;)
Good source of info and a great actual play. Love it.
Vox and Mr. Johnson are great and dishing out advice for prospective Shadowrun Players. There are stacks of Game Master focused podcasts out there, but The Archology tends to focus on digging through all the different material out there to give you tips and tricks for stating, equipping, and advancing your Shadowrun RPG Characters.
I only started listening to the Arcology in 2019 and am currently chewing my way through the backlog. Up to episode 111 at the moment.
I’ve really enjoyed this show, which clearly acts as a hub in the community, providing unbiased reviews and commentary on the products and a great Segway into other SR podcasts.
The reason I kept listening to the Arcology over some of the other podcasts available is the good organization of each episode. There’s no rambling, inside talk or talking over each o... more
I’m relatively new to Shadowrun and found this podcast. Thank you so much for the time and effort hat you put into this. Such a great podcast! I truly enjoy listening to you. Starting from episode 1!!!
Right now, this is THE flagship podcast. The Actual Play is engaging and they do a good job of making the 6th World setting come alive. The talk show is full of interesting information about the game and all things related to it. It's wiz, chummer. Slot this and run.
One of the longest running Shadowrun podcasts and deep characters keep the show going strong! Always want to see what happens next, so much going on with this runner team
From rookie’s to pro’s in the 5th edition is no easy feat, these guys do it.....not gracefully?!? but get it done all the same. Anyone interested in the great rpg Shadowrun should love this podcast. Great voices, characters, knowledge and passion for a great rpg format, done professionally like this is an absolute winner! Five BIG fraggin stars.
