If you are looking to care for your body as a woman this is a great place to get some of the best information in every season of life. Her voice is easy to listen to, she offers so much knowledge, and you can tell this is her passion and is looking for information that is actually scientifically based.
An absolute must subscribe for all women who want to know what is happening with their bodies. I found this pod when I was early in my PCOS and Graves disease diagnosis and it was absolutely life changing.
