  • An informative and enjoyable listen

Even tho we live in Ottawa, we’re hooked on Andrew’s podcast (from a visit to the Eastern Townships last fall). Totally enjoyable and informative. Great segments with Tom and Dr. Mitch and other guests. Andrew has a nice casual approach; and we enjoy his wit.

  • Tom Mulcair political analysis

Tom Mulcair deserves his own podcast. We can not always catch his weekday segments in the am with Andrew Carter and in the pm with Aaron Rand.

Q: Did you have to intervene to help the ducks get out of the pool?
Yes, we installed frog logs to provide a ramp and raised platforms; without them, the ducklings struggled to jump out, even the mother joined in to demonstrate the process.

Q: So Tara, what happened when the ducklings began to hatch and enter the pool area?
The ducklings hatched over the course of a day and a half after incubation, and the family watched as the brood followed their mother into the pool, learning to swim and use the improvised safety ramp. They also prepared frog logs to help the ducklings exit safely.
