This is a very good podcast for awakening literacy with Ancient Greek as a spoken and living word. The sound quality is very good and their pronunciation is very comprehensible. This is a great way to practice Greek and make it come alive in the mind of the listener. Thank you for doing this podcast. Much needed for the forever student!
(But still cool ;) )
If it would be alright, could you add a description/translation of what you are saying somewhere? If you are new to Ancient Greek (like me) and want to use it for practical purposes, it would be really helpful. I do not have access to resources to help me translate, as I am, well, young. If you could, that would be amazing.
Ps good job on learning a whole language! One more question; is modern greek similar to ancient greek? Could I use google translator to figure out what your saying?
For anyone trying to learn Greek, this is a must.
