PLEASE get a new host. The vocal fry plus super odd pacing is so distracting. Not to mention the dumb “witch” jokes. Not cute.
I hope that we get a season two this is such an amazing show. I love it.
Really wanted to like this podcast because I love the show but the host of this podcast is obnoxious, she sounds like she's doing a commercial for some new prescription drug. To the host, just talk like a human being and you'll be much more likable.
The Mayfair Witches TV show is, quite simply, not in the same galaxy as the books. No one talking on this podcast seems to know, respect, or care about the “source material” at all. While modernizing the casting choices could of been admirable in some respects, the changes to the story line, overarching themes, motivations, etc are unforgivable and no amount of explanation from the show runners or cheeky commentary from the host will ever make up for it. This show needs to be scrapped and redone... more
