  • Stay away if you are a casual music listener!

This podcast is an absolute gem! You do not have to be a Steven Wilson (arguably one of the greatest musicians of thius generation) to appreciate the podcast. The banter between Wilson and Bowness (with their inside jokes) are great, the duo's in-depth analysis of music is fantastic, and the DIY aesthetic of the pod (ironically produced by someone who is a genius in the studio) is charming. It has definitely made me curious enough to check out music from the past to gain a better understanding o... more

  • A Gem of a podcast

I found this podcast being a fan of both Steven and Tim’s music, and although I knew they had a wide range of influences I never knew just how wide ranging it was. Not only has this podcast introduced me to so much great music that I never would have known about but it has helped me to write off, or be embarrassed about enjoying, a particular genre or artist but to try and find the positive in anything I listen to. It has opened up so many doors for me to enjoy all sorts of music and for that I ... more

  • I would love to be able to hear it.

The podcast has been great so far, but it’s annoying to listen to because it’s not well recorded. This is surprising to me because Steven Wilson releases incredibly high quality music all the time. What gives? Speak into the microphone.
