This is an amazing podcast and I’ve recommended it to others who are struggling.
For me, the single most valuable resource for helping me recover from and manage my meth addiction. I find so much help and inspiration from Dr. Bragg and his guests. This is spot on!
I find that during my recovery journey, this podcast helps me remember my purpose in recovery. The conversations are helpful and enlightening.
I am around 5 episodes in and would like to thank dr Bragg for his excellent work in pulling together these resources. His style is direct and calm, delivered at times with humour but never too much. I tend to switch off at NA meetings but this has been engaged. Thank you!
