  • Great show and topics

I am a black adoptee. I learned early in life that I was adopted but I was never given the information about my biological family until 2022. I am in my 40’s. It has been a very trying and difficult process. I am looking for others like me and would like to share my story at some point. I am starting with this podcast to discover others like me.

  • Much needed perspective

These are the conversations needing to take place in the realm of fostering and adoption. So glad I found these stories but so sad that it seems to have been discontinued after such a short period!

  • Open adoptee dialogue

I love this podcast. As a perspective adoptive parent, each of the conversations has me laughing and crying but most importantly learning. To be adopted is a trauma and listening to these brave voices talk about their experiences, hopes, & fears opens my eyes with each conversation. My only “critic” is I want more.
