I know you are on break and I hope it’s a good break for you all. However, there are lots of great episodes that I want to listen to and every time I want to listen to it, it says I can’t. Maybe there’s a glitch. Can you fix it please.
not a helpful pod. I work in community mental health and these two should cite sources.
My son (age 4) has been diagnosed with mild ADHD. I have felt overwhelmed by how I can best help him, and cope with my own struggles with the diagnosis. I’m up to episode 47, and this has changed my relationship with my son in such a profound and positive way. We are making great progress together! Thank you so much for sharing your wisdom and guidance.
Just as I’m running out of ideas and feel like I’m failing my ADHD kid, I find this podcast. So many actionable strategies and easy to understand information. I’m nearly 30 years diagnosed and medicated and can try some concepts (e.g. goal setting) on myself and my Son. Thank you.
I am a parent with ADHD trying to parent 6 kids, most of which also have some type/combination of ADHD. This is my first time listening and it’s already been an invaluable resource. Thank you!
