Many of you are married. Many of you kiss the other half goodbye in morning, go to work, and regale each other with stories of the day when you reunite over dinner in the evening. Dee Woods does not. She goes to work every day with her husband, Marty... more
On this week's show it was a pleasure to chat with Adam Buxton. Normally the podcasts are recorded in our studio in Dublin, but because Adam was not, and is not to this day, in Dublin, we used a thing called ipDTL which makes it sound like we're in t... more
Jim O’Neill has one of the most distinctive voices on Irish radio. It’s deep man, deeeeeep. Depending on your age you might remember him from RTE Radio 2 with his sidekick ‘Thing’, or from his time with Century Radio or 98FM. Today he’s with Today FM... more

This type of podcast is a great addition to similar already out there - RHLSTP, Distraction Pieces, WTF, JR Experience.
I find Andrew always to fully engaged with his guests. Allowing them freedom to (seemingly) steer the podcast in a new direction, and yet have something to contribute with his guest, and give the illusion that nothing is preplanned; however true that may or may not be behind that magical podcast curtain mere listeners shall never see behind.
I listen regularly for the creative insights Mangan draws out of his guests. He's a skillful interviewer and the conversations are always engaging. I look forward to the pod each week. Keep them coming!
Love it!
Enjoy these each week - they are less formal than an interview and seem to be genuine chats.
Andrew (the host) appears to ask questions as he thinks of them rather than running off a script, and the chats go in some strange (but increasingly interesting) directions.
Very good.
Andrew Mangan is my favorite podcaster. Arseblog is an excellent program and this is just as good if you enjoy Andrew's style. He also responds to his emails which is a nice thing. Please listen to all of these episode even if you have no connection to Ireland
