  • Natalie's Curiosity Makes it Special

I've had the distinct pleasure of being on Natalie's podcast twice now. She is the perfect host for a platform that welcomes all varieties of those who integrate IFS or otherwise creatively apply it into their work and lives. Since IFS and the theory it's built upon is so paradigm shifting and expansive- a literal portal to the shamanic and mystical realms- I'm thankful to Natalie for highlighting those who move with and through it, against the conventional current. Natalie is a joy to converse ... more

Breaking the Trance: Hypnotherapy as a Bridge to Inner Knowing with Zarina Tariq
Q: How did you find hypnotherapy and decide to pursue it professionally?
I started as a client in the corporate world, which led me to explore various modalities. Burnout and a sense that something was missing pushed me toward hypnotherapy, and after transformative experiences, I resigned from my job to immerse myself in this work.
When Good Moms Feel Bad: Befriending the Parts of Motherhood, with Jessica Tomich Sorci
Q: How did you get to this point where you are specializing in maternal mental health?
