Oh boy. It's been awhile since we've gone to the New Show well. And hey look! It's just as dry as it usually is! That's why we've brought in Eddie Ham and Mattalamode to help us wrangle something,... more

We're wrapping up the ninth season of That Week with what is seen by some as a legendary episode: the S34 finale with Will Ferrell. Not only does this one close the curtains on one of the more popular and critically acclaimed seasons of the show but ... more

I absolutely love these hosts but i just wish they’d stop inviting Jon Schneider to ruin every episode he participates in with his dumb comments and shallow insight.
Weak minded libs who won’t discuss with fans. Block you as soon as you try to start a conversation about something you don’t agree with. Don’t waste your time. Losers.
Clearly these two don’t care about the show. I watch Andrew on the Saturday night network and he absolutely hates it and never wants to admit it.
This podcast is definitely better than SNL by the Numbers which features two hosts who can’t speak properly and subject the listener to an annoying tsunami of “like” vocal tics. These hosts have that same very American tic but at least they don’t sound illiterate. They also do the same lazy thing that other SNL podcasts do: repeat the jokes you just heard from a clip they played. This is a passable podcast but it would be better if they knocked off repeating what we just heard and do some more c... more
Claims to be a fan show but they mostly diss on any sketch-host-era they don't get. Two adult stoner-wannabes doing lazy reviews without the minimal research and cultural perspective to understand what they're watching. It's like Jeff Spicoli and Chad doing literary reviews. Guys, if your hate the show so much, don't watch.

Diners of nostalgia, this show relentlessly mines vintage SNL episodes, pairing meticulous sketch-by-sketch breakdowns with cultural context from their eras. Listeners get a conversational vibe—banter among longtime friends, behind-the-scenes anecdotes, and thoughtful critique of what worked, what didn't, and why certain moments endure. A standout is the focus on multiple guests and musical acts from each era, framed by the hosts' personal histories with the show, which creates a warm, informed vibe that still treats controversial bits with nuance. Potential sponsors will likely find an audience that values deep context, affection for classic comedy, and discussions that bridge nostalgia with commentary on changing tastes.
