AI Tools for Knowledge Management, Featuring Kelly See, Knowledge Analyst for BI/CI at Ericsson
Q: Could you describe your roles and responsibilities at Ericsson and how they've evolved?
Kelly explains her progression from library work to the Business Intelligence Center, focusing on curating internal and external knowledge, enabling access via a centralized portal, and supporting internal teams with market research and intelligence.
Revisiting TBR’s 2025 Predictions: What We Got Right (and Wrong) About IT Infrastructure and Digital Transformation
Q: One of your predictions was that transformation comes roaring back after digital transformation was declared dead. Did we see an uptick in strategy consulting and a pivot toward business model reinvention in 2025?
Yes, the trend was mixed but real: strategy consulting persisted, with firms expanding offerings to integrate technology and enable faster execution, while larger engagements around digital transformation and business model reinvention gained momentum, especially in more digitally mature sectors and mid-market opportunities.
Revisiting TBR’s 2025 Predictions: What We Got Right (and Wrong) About IT Infrastructure and Digital Transformation
Q: Angela, you made the prediction that infrastructure vendors focus will shift from serving cloud companies to making a massive push in enterprise AI. Did that actually happen? Did we see the shift?
There was progress in preparing the enterprise for more AI adoption, with storage vendors and data platforms focusing on enabling AI, though the uptake by enterprises themselves was slower than expected. CSPs and GPUs as a service remained relevant, but the trend toward enterprise AI support broadened beyond just hardware to data readiness and unified data strategies.
2026 Predictions: Devices & IT Infrastructure
Q: Who do you think will have the best year at the end of 2026 among leading players?
Silicon providers like NVIDIA and AMD are expected to perform well, with Dell Technologies, HP, and Supermicro also anticipated to have strong years due to ecosystem partnerships.
2026 Predictions: Devices & IT Infrastructure
Q: What changes do you anticipate in the infrastructure space in 2026?
Expect more AI-enabled edge use cases, greater emphasis on on-prem AI accessibility, and customers increasingly planning journeys that modernize data centers or move workloads to cloud hybrids.
