Eric Green is the best teacher for tax resolution. His podcasts are a invaluable teaching tool. I highly recommend Tax Rep Network Podcast.
The people being interviewed seem to have higher ethical standards than the host.
The public can apply for an Offer In Compromise on their own, on IRS.gov. There are even how-to videos on IRS’s website.
But compliance, full payment and taking responsibility for the tax liability is what will get this country moving in the right direction and allow the government to fulfill its duty to the American public.
As an EA I’ve spent hundreds of hours continuously learning about IRS representation strategies and procedures. I find the information that Eric Green shares about his own practice to be highly relevant and neatly delivered. He's aggressive in the sense that he knows his way around the Service and uses all the rules
As a tax defense paralegal and studying for the EA exam, Eric Green's podcasts and webinars are very helpful through the process. I am never bored and always learn something new each time. My co-workers and I always look forward to hearing the podcasts and webinars. I highly recommend to subscribe if you are a tax professional or if you are thinking of becoming a tax professional!!
Eric Green and his guests offer up a fantastic amount of useful tax information, along with great discussions involving interesting tax topics. As an Enrolled Agent, Eric has motivated me to add a representation aspect to my current 1040 preparation practice, and I couldn't be more excited.
