I’ve recently had really bad anxiety and panic attacks due to changes in my life / stress. I’ve always had anxiety but this time it felt severe. I was scolding on tik Tok and saw comments suggesting your tapping videos. Let me tell you, it’s been AMAZING. I notice this technique has allowed me to stay calm throughout the day and sleep peacefully through the night. It’s truly allowed me to decompress before I spiral . Thank you so much for helping me.
