  • You were on TV once?

Imagine having such a wide platform and access to these guests and fumbling it so hard. The host is an arrogant nobody who doesn’t have a single original thought with terrible audio quality. Pass.

  • Great show & great host

Great show. Aaron is informed and likable, and manages to have friendly conversations with some amazing guests across a range of topics — and interjects without making it about him.

Admittedly finding this one later than I would’ve liked, but such a fantastic show. The diversity of topics is unparalleled. The guests are outstanding, educated and engaging. Aaron’s knowledge of all guests and topics drives the podcast with a perfect balance that provides both an understanding and learning opportunity for people of all levels of knowledge and interest in all things strange and unusual. Talking Points

Recent interactions between the hosts and their guests.

Why Are Demons Everywhere? w/Michelle Belanger & Joe Laycock
Q: Why did modern media popularize demons?
Media like The Exorcist and Rosemary's Baby intensified demon-related fear, popularized the demon as a cultural archetype, and contributed to the Satanic Panic era by presenting demons as pervasive threats.
Why Are Demons Everywhere? w/Michelle Belanger & Joe Laycock
Q: What is a demon?
A demon is a non-human, often malevolent entity in modern paranormal contexts, but folklorically they can be varied beings: some are linked to older gods or spirits of nature, while in Western Christian thought they're considered cosmic evils, with roles that shift across cultures and times.
The Yeti's William Sadler: Creature Features, Shawshank Redemption, & More
Q: What was it like filming Shawshank Redemption at OSR and did the environment affect your performance?
The prison's weight and the atmosphere became a character in the film; being there was haunting and emotionally heavy, and it deeply influenced how I approached the scenes and the overall mood of the project.
The Yeti's William Sadler: Creature Features, Shawshank Redemption, & More
Q: Do you have a personal affinity for cryptids or monster stories?
Yes, I've always loved creature features since childhood, especially the way they blend spectacle with human drama, and I enjoy how these stories can be both thrilling and emotionally resonant.
The Yeti's William Sadler: Creature Features, Shawshank Redemption, & More
Q: What drew you to The Yeti and to the script itself?
I was drawn to the period setting and the adventure of the character, plus the idea of a creature feature that still focuses on personal stakes and relationships, which felt true to the way I like to approach genre cinema.
