  • Paranormal podcast with genuine heart

I’ve been listening since episode 1 dropped when my wish came true: My favorite Astonishing Legends guest started his own podcast. I look forward to each episode’s release - a mixture of Rich’s autobiographical vulnerability effortlessly paired with a variety of intriguing paranormal books. Give the podcast a listen and fall down the rabbit hole with rest of us who want to expand our education into the strange unknown of the paranormal and how it runs alongside the struggles and normality of eve... more

  • Deeply Informative, Deeply Enjoyable

One of the easiest five star reviews I’ve ever given. The host is a master storyteller and draws you in like a great book. His descriptions are delightfully vivid, and his takes enjoyable. Probably for the best I put limits on my podcast time, because otherwise I’d happily listen to this for days I think. A must listen, regardless of what you think (or don’t) of the paranormal!

S4: SPECIAL BONUS EPISODE: Strange Days with Dan Zetterstrom
Q: Can you describe the moment you felt your dog Meg during a session and what that meant to you?
During a tapping-driven exposure session, Dan felt a sudden, almost physical sensation—a dog licking his arm—which he interpreted as Meg greeting him from the afterlife. The moment brought immediate release and emotional catharsis, reinforcing the sense of a bridge between the living and the departed.
S4: SPECIAL BONUS EPISODE: Strange Days with Dan Zetterstrom
Q: What is EMDR and how did you come to use it in your personal healing journey?
EMDR is a form of exposure therapy that slowly guides a person through painful memories while using rhythmic, somatic techniques (like tapping) and controlled breathing to reduce emotional reactivity and reframe the memory so it no longer triggers intense anxiety. Dan explains the process step by step and how it helped him readdress childhood trauma in a structured, therapeutic setting.
S4: SPECIAL BONUS EPISODE: Chris McKinnell on Growing Up With Ed & Lorraine Warren
Q: So, the interview starts off with a bang. Chris, your grandparents called themselves demonologists. Now, is this what they were? Is this what they believed?
Early on they didn't believe in demons; later, influenced by culture and religion, they embraced a demon framework but weren't exorcists, and over time Chris began questioning and moving toward a broader, more inclusive approach.
S4: SPECIAL PRESENTATION: What It Means To Be Human
Q: What do you think motivates people in the ufology community?
There seems to be a mix of sincerity and commercial interest among individuals like Tim Burchett and others involved in the UFO narrative.
S4: SPECIAL PRESENTATION: What It Means To Be Human
Q: How do you think the world would respond if UFO truths were revealed?
The world is certainly primed to accept the existence of extraterrestrial species. If scientists announced it, people would initially be intrigued but likely shift focus back to news of celebrities.
