An always good, if occasional, podcast covering all things wine although the latest chapter looks at cocktails; what’s in them and how they’re made including some brilliant background and history. The latest pod was on The Martini, wow, never realised there were so many variations! Every episode Joe Wadsack displays an encyclopaedic knowledge of of all things booze presented simply as chatting to a mate down the pub. More episodes please!!
Amazingly helpful - a set of topics which are often approached with an air of snobbery is tackled in a useful and accessible way.
A really great podcast of, as they say themselves, a couple of enthusiastic experts chewing the cud about all things wine. A hugely engaging, informative, listen. Just one ‘but’; you sound like you’re talking through cotton wool so please sort the audio and make the good better still. Can’t wait for future episodes!
