An always good, if occasional, podcast covering all things wine although the latest chapter looks at cocktails; what’s in them and how they’re made including some brilliant background and history. The latest pod was on The Martini, wow, never realised there were so many variations! Every episode Joe Wadsack displays an encyclopaedic knowledge of of all things booze presented simply as chatting to a mate down the pub. More episodes please!!
