This used to be a good show but over the years, Ian has become self righteous and out of touch. Other podcasts serve the trail and ultra community far better now. It feels like a verbal diary at times which is dull as hell.

Yes itās about running but itās far too serious! Itās only running! Iām an ultra runner and yes I take it really seriously but gosh itās about having fun on the way. The last thing we want is a podcast taking themselves way too seriously!
