    This isn’t another boring podcast. I for the first time in my life reached out to a therapist and I wouldn’t have done that if it weren’t for Rebecca! The topics she talks about on this podcast are spot on for the problems I’ve had in my life and got me thinking that therapy is something you don’t have to be at rock bottom to try. Thank you Rebecca for your honest , blunt advice and your expertise. You are very selfless and good at what you do!

    Majority of those is her talking about her stories and rambling and then giving us the tip at the end. I don’t really find it helpful honestly.
