Since being introduced to Rebecca's podcast I look forward to each session. Her short, to the point examples give me so much clarity - and hope that any of us can make the concrete changes we need to see in ourselves. Love this show
I’m at a point in my life where I need to better accept and manage my anxiety, and I can see this podcast being a really great tool for me. Talk therapy has never been appealing to me but this format works so well!
I found myself nodding and nodding because I related to so much and learned so much about why I am the way I am and how it can be harnessed more for good instead of just bad. It came to me at just the right time as I transition to a new job and a new phase of life.
I just came across this podcast! Rebecca is so engaging, speaks with such empathy, honesty, and, intelligence BUT Rebecca is not over the top - real and so helpful!! I look forward to when i get my alone time at night so i can listen to Rebecca, learn & be challenged in my thinking.
Recommend to friends of mine & even forwarded some episodes to them! Huge fan of the podcast and Rebecca!!! Tune in
Always insightful and kind. I love the fact that she explains things simply and not over complicating everything. Highly recommended to learn more about yourself.
