As someone who is trying to learn about current food systems and opportunities, I’ve been loving every episode, especially the Inspiring Nutrition event recordings in London! Thank you for sharing all this information.
Great podcast, offering a wide breadth of insights into the food industry.
This podcast always offers interesting insights about food and farming. Whether you are interested in practical ideas and tips for small-scale farms, or the latest in farm policy, this is one of the best podcasts I’ve found. The guests are always folks who are involved in hands-on work, or have first-hand expertise to share. The show host asks great questions and I look forward to listening each week.

I work in the food industry, and although this show is largely focused on the UK, they bring up a range of interesting topics. They are largely focused on sustainability and new food trends, and bring in new people to talk about it.
Also, they do not seem quite as biased, as many other podcasts within the field are. This podcast mainly has intellectuals and people with an extensive experience within the relevant field.
Excited for new releases!

Industry-focused discussions on the future of food, nutrition, and product development are a throughline, with episodes covering regulatory hurdles, science-to-market translation, and innovative formats in foods and supplements. Topics frequently center on gut health, immune support, GLP-1-driven consumer changes, alternative proteins, and impactful trends in sustainable nutrition. A notable strength is the breadth of perspectives, mixing academia, regulatory insight, and brand strategy to translate complex science into consumer-relevant insights. Listeners likely include professionals seeking actionable takeaways for R&D, marketing, and product strategy in the food and wellness spaces.
