  • Educational and impartial

I work in the food industry, and although this show is largely focused on the UK, they bring up a range of interesting topics. They are largely focused on sustainability and new food trends, and bring in new people to talk about it.

Also, they do not seem quite as biased, as many other podcasts within the field are. This podcast mainly has intellectuals and people with an extensive experience within the relevant field.

    Excited for new releases!

547: Healthy ageing through nutrition: Resilience and longevity
Q: And are these long-term impacts, or are you taking this forever?
There are challenges in predicting long-term benefits, and products need to adapt to individual needs rather than a one-size-fits-all approach.
