  • Great podcast, but it’s so quiet I almost can’t hear it

This podcast has been enlightening and helpful. The woman who makes it is wonderful. It has helped me heal and I was so lucky to have found it soon after becoming aware I have a dissociative disorder. Thank you, Emma, you are the best. Your strength is remarkable and inspires me.

  • Beyond useful!

As a therapist and someone who h just learned a good friend is a system and I am able to listen to your episodes with so much perspective. Instead of trying to understand my friend and her system by asking her family members within her head which causes distress, I can listen to this and start to be able to understand the fronting m, switching nuances and what language to avoid/use to continue to attune to those most vulnerable sides to help heal. • Unbelievably excellent!

I’m sixty five years old and only last year started to get an inkling that DID might be the issue at my essence. Also relevant for all the wounded souls of the world who soldier on. ❤️

  • Great content

I really enjoy the mix of personal and professional content. It's helping me understand more about myself and, for lack of better words, where I came from. My one request is please turn up the audio, I can barely hear it. Intro and outro are perfect, just the body of the episode needs the volume doubled 😊
