What makes me love this podcast is how authentic, raw, and genuine Adriane is. Being able to get this behind the scenes glimpse of what is taking place to run her business and manage a robust of entrepreneurs makes me respect her all the more. The host is not afraid of being vulnerable, and admitting what she perceives as her missteps. I love taking notes whenever Adriane speaks, because I know I’m going to come away with some valuable gems.
Unfortunately, Adriane Galea still owes dozens of entrepreneurs thousands of dollars from a 2021 collaboration. Not sure how “visionary” that is and wouldn’t recommend taking any of her advice or working with her.
Love this podcast. VERY helpful. VERY informational. High level for me which I love. (Not a beginner, 2 yrs in -but kind of a beginner.)
Identifying as a visionary can be so confusing to navigate sometimes, but I love how she breaks it down, practically and also energetically!
Adriane’s new 2025 episodes are everything. Her honesty about the highs and lows of being a visionary are exactly what we all need right now. In a sea of success reels, Adriane is real and raw. I can’t wait for more episodes!

This show consistently blends founder-level storytelling with practical, actionable strategies across growth, scaling, and community-building. Episodes often feature transformations in business models, grant funding, and high-impact partnerships, paired with transparent reflections on what worked, what didn't, and the mindset shifts required to scale without losing focus or time. A notable edge is the mix of hands-on frameworks, real-world revenue pivots, and invitations to live events, making it useful for listeners seeking repeatable systems and authentic entrepreneurial lessons rather than purely theory.
